Portal Area Requirements & Compliance
Account Vetting
Access to wholesale pricing, bulk ordering, and B2B assets requires submission and verification of valid business credentials (e.g., Seller's Permit, Tax ID/EIN, or Resale Certificate). We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate partner portal access at our sole discretion.
Wholesale Pricing & Resale
Wholesale partners agree to adhere to Portal Area Requirements & Compliance Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines where specified. Resale of Apex ID Performance products on unauthorized third-party online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace) without prior written consent from Apex ID Performance LLC is strictly prohibited.
Order Quantities & Minimums
Wholesale tier pricing is subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) set forth in the Apex Partner Portal. We reserve the right to adjust wholesale pricing, product availability, and MOQs with reasonable advance notice.
3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
- Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed on the Site are in USD. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
- Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason prior to shipment.

- Shipping & Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Returns & Exchanges: Retail and wholesale returns are governed by our standard Return Policy. Approved returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receipt. We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
